It is the newest development of a real estate company named Covi Developments Incorporated, known in Mexico as Covi Desarrollos, S.A. de C.V.
Covi Desarrollos has been in business for over 20 years in the south of the state of Sinaloa, where Mazatlan is located.
Torrenza is the first tourism oriented development and is located in the heart of what is known in Mazatlan as the Golden Zone, the prime beach and shopping area in town. Once it´s completely finished it will be a development consisting of two 31 story building that will include it´s own shopping mall, gym-spa, restaurants, bar, beach club, underground parking, and many other amenities and facilities, including medical services on site.
